    Opportunity Overview

    International manufacturing company currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for a 6-month contract opportunity in the Racine, WI area. The ideal candidate will possess accounts payable and SAP experience.

    Requirements 

    • Previous experience in Accounts Payable

    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

    • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

    • Experience working with SAP

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to work alone or as part of a team 

    Responsibilities

    • Review vendor invoices for accuracy

    • Match receipts to invoices and purchase orders and process or decline to process as required

    • Investigate issues that prevent invoices from being processed such as missing receipts or missing purchase orders.
