    A Fortune 500 company located downtown Chicago is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 3-6+month project.

    This position is responsible for providing a high level of staffing services (full time hiring) to Corporate hiring managers.  This individual will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, team members and the community at-large.  A wide degree of creativity near and long term recruiting vision, time management is required.  Individuals must be comfortable working in a high performance environment while adhering to customer satisfaction, time-to-fill and retention standards.

     

    Requirements:

    BA/BS Degree, PHR/SPHR or Recruiting specific credentials preferred

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    Various ATS systems and concepts; Taleo required

    Minimum 3+ years of progressive full cycle recruitment experience

    Familiarity with all full cycle recruiting components including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, due diligence, networking, job assessment and analysis, wage and salary trends, post-interview documentation and feedback and relationship management.
