Job Description:

AIX Administrator
Experience in AIX and should have worked on IBM POWER Systems extensively
Good experience in configuring VIOS Servers
Familiar with NIM Server and operations
Should have performed AIX migrations projects from lower versions to latest versions.
Familiar in performing system level backup and restores using mksysb and savevg
Familiar with TSM (Spectrum Virtualize) operations
Experience in Oracle DB will be nice to have

The candidate will be responsible for performing system level migration from POWER5 servers running AIX 5.3 to POWER8 servers and upgrade to AIX 7.1
The candidate should be ready to travel for migrations.
