    Two Human Resources Assistants needed for our client located in Louisville, KY - Urgent need! 

    Job Summary for the Human Resources Assistants needed:

    Provides guidance to Employee Information Coordinators and maintains and administers various HR functions for the Employee Relations Department.

    Job Description for the Human Resources Assistants needed:

    • Reviews and audits Employee Information Coordinators input to the Company’s HRIS and payroll systems.
    • Assists with establishing procedures and processes related to master data update. 
    • Administers employee relations programs such as:  Severance, Stay Pay, Non-Compete/Non-solicit, Service Awards, Background Investigations, etc.
    • Prepares detailed reports involving employee demographics, turnover, and other HRIS data fields.
    • Maintains databases of employee information not stored in HRIS.
    • Receives, verifies, obtains payment approval, and requests payments for billing, and acts as vendor interface for employee relations vendors. 
    • Verifies HRIS master data for accuracy against new employee paperwork.
    • Ensures that new employee compliance training is completed and reported.
    • Creates and maintains employee and office files. 
    • Performs other tasks as assigned.
    • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

    Job Requirements for the Human Resources Assistants needed:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • Degree in business

    • 2-3 years experience in a human resources role
    • Skilled in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures. 
    • Knowledge of filing systems.
    • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Company and employee information.
    • Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
    • Ability to communicate courteously with all levels of the organization to resolve client issues.
    • Ability to maintain computer records to reflect up-to-date, accurate information. 
    • PHR Certification desired
    • Oral/written communications, analytical thinking, organization and planning, teamwork, adaptability, and customer service skills.
