    Contract Analyst needed for our client in Louisville, Kentucky for a contract assignment. Hours are 9 am - 5 pm.  Complete background check and drug screen required before a start. 

    Job description for the Contract Analyst role: 

    The role of the Contract Analyst will be to review and analyze Pharmacy Services Agreements, along with any pertinent amendments or addendums, and enter certain information from said documents into the web-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software.

    Job responsibilities for the Contract Analyst role: 

    • Carefully review and analyze agreements, amendments and/or addendums and identify relevant data.

    • Create and complete contract profiles in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based upon data identified in the contract documents.

    • Identify and track unique data points within contract documents and communicate those items with Manager and others in Contracting department.

    • Performs other tasks as assigned.

    • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

    Job description, responsibilities, and requirements for the Contract Analyst role:  

    • Associates Degree and Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    • Experience drafting and reviewing complex contracts.

    • Skilled in the use of MS Office Suite.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of customer relationship management software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce

    • Problem solver

    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
