    Pay $25-$30 per hour

    A large public accounting firm is seeking an HR Coordinator that will provide support to the Contingent Labor process including inbox triage, contractor portal setup and following up with business stakeholders and suppliers, and data entry. 


    • Assist with inbox triage, identifying new requests and assigning to the appropriate party
    • Data entry into internal tracking system and project assignment system
    • Follow up with stakeholders/suppliers on missing details and contracts
    • Ensuring that any expiring contracts are addressed
    • Monitor reports for missing time/invoices

    Portal setup/maintenance

    • Provide new contingent workers access to internal portal
    • Set up new client projects and assign to appropriate contingent worker
    • Troubleshoot any access issues
    • Monitor time being entered weekly, and invoices being processed


    Process support

    • Assist with data entry and electronic filing as needed


    • Associates degree
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Prior experience with SharePoint desirable
    • Prior experience supporting new hire/contractor onboarding processes a plus
    • Experience in a corporate or professional services environment a plus
