    Disability Retirement Benefits Review Administrators needed for our client in Louisville, Kentucky for contract opportunities. 

    Our client provides retirement benefits for more than 379,000 employees and is seeking experienced Disability Retirement Benefits Review Administrators to manage the review process of disability retirement applications and disability retirement annual reviews.

    Job description for Disability Retirement Benefits Review Administrators needed: 

    • Experience reviewing disability retirement applications and disability retirement annual reviews in order to find areas of improvement to help streamline the review process and help with the management of this division and the associated services in a large enterprise environment consisting of multiple divisions with a dispersed employee population. 

    • Experience managing all aspects of the disability medical review process

    • Experience with Chapter 105 of the Kentucky Administrative Regulations required 

    • Experience performing case file reviews for disability applications and periodic annual disability reviews

    • Experience managing disability employment reviews

    • Experience submitting forms and disability recommendations of their decisions

    • Experience managing the reviews to ensure they are timely processed and returned to our client's Retirement Systems division

    • Experience providing the transcription of each review performed, and the scheduling of any independent medical and/or psychological evaluations requested by the reviewer.

    • Ability to evaluate disability applications before submission to licensed physicians for medical review to determine if relevant records are missing and if so, to request and obtain missing records
