A Fortune 500 company is seeking an HR Generalist in Lebanon, IN for a 6+month project:
The HR Generalist is responsible for the administration of HR programs and services that promote positive employee relations and deliver business objectives.
• Coordinate and administer various aspects of the organization's compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, leave of absence, and employee relations programs
• Organize and facilitate various employment transition processes including, new hire onboarding and exit/retirement
• Ensure the availability and accuracy of data in the HR/Payroll and Time Entry systems
• Serve as a point of contact for employees at the depot on all matters related to HR policy and process
• Ensure compliance of the organization's practices with applicable labor legislation
