    Five Financial Analysts needed for our client located in Frankfort, Kentucky for five 1-year contract assignments.  

    Job description for the five Financial Analysts needed:

    Our client is seeking up to five Finacial Analysts that will run multiple financial analyses for the implementation of paper based tests (PBT) and computer based tests (CBT), including item development, composition, production and manufacturing, warehousing/shipping, psychometrics, scoring/ editing, reporting, program management, quality assurance and information technology for current and future assessment systems. The reports provided from the financial analyses will help cost/benefit of including particular assessment elements from different providers.

    Job responsibilities for the five Finacial Analysts include:

    • Run multiple financial analysis for paper based tests (PBT) and computer based tests (CBT), including item development, composition, production and manufacturing, warehousing/shipping, psychometrics, scoring/editing, reporting, program management, quality assurance and information technology for current and  future assessment systems.

    • Provide guidance to the Client in preparing specifications to potential vendors on how to cost work to be performed so that the Client and the selected vendor(s) can compare cost results across vendor(s) and determine what the most cost effective solution is.

    • Provide multiple financial analyses for current contract scope of work changes.

    • The reports provided from the financial analysis will help cost/benefit of including particular assessment elements from different providers.

    • The majority of communication between the Client and the Financial Analysts will occur via e-mail, telephone and other communication media (e.g., SKYPE Business). 

    Job requirements for the five Financial Analysts include:

    • A Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 

    • Minimum of 1-3 years' of financial analysis experience needed 

    • Experience working in the education field needed 

    • Experience working with Febderal and/or State Government needed

    • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills needed

    • Experience working with multiple outside vendors needed

    • Experience providing full scope of work within and in addition to financial reporting needed 

    Work will begin on or around May 1, 2019 and is a one year contract that may have 1-year renewal periods.
