Customer Service Representative needed for our client located in Long Beach, NY for a 3-month contract assignment and the days and hours of Monday - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 11:00 am - 7:00 pm. The weekend hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Days off will be Wednesday and Sunday.
Job description for the Customer Service Representative:
Coordinates and resolves customer service issues in a timely, efficient, courteous, responsive, reliable, and respectful manner.
Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
