    Contract Administrator needed for a 3-year contract for our client located in Louisville, Kentucky. 

    Job description for the Contract Administrator needed: 

    The consultant shall provide administration services for construction contract(s), including but not limited to the following:

    • shall be responsible for reviewing reports and submissions by all disciplines as required by the specifications.
    • issue necessary interpretations and clarifications of contract documents, require special inspections and testing of work, and make recommendations as to the acceptability of work.
    • When a submittal has only minor deviations from the contract documents, shall note the deviations and omissions as may be appropriate and approve the submittal subject to notations.
    • When a submittal clearly does not comply with construction contract documents, the consultant shall either; Disapprove it, or return it, along with recommendations, for resubmission.
    • When a submittal complies with construction documents, shall affix an appropriate review stamp indicating conformance with the design.
    • review proposed changes in plans and specifications and attest to the consistency of change orders with respect to the intent of the design and reasonableness of the contractor cost proposal for each change.

    Job requirements for the Contract Administrator needed: 

    • Bachelor's degree in Contract Management 
    • 3-5 years' exp. in Contract Administration
    • Experience working with local and state government entities highly desired
