    Job Title: Inbound Analyst

    Pay rate: $33.50/hour

    Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm some overtime will be needed

    Our client is a $27B, Fortune 500, Global manufacturer of heavy equipment with a need in New Holland, PA. The Inbound Analyst will work as an individual or through project teams; requiring the application of expertise in professional area(s) to achieve results. Progression within a classification is reflected by increasing depth of professional knowledge, project management, and ability to influence others.

    The Inbound Analyst will be someone with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Day-to-day responsibilities will be the following:

    • Coordinates inbound logistical operations.

    • Controls and schedules the flow of goods, information, and resources.

    • Procurement of material and warehousing and distribution of raw materials, goods-in-process, inventory management.

    • Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities (May include receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels).

    • Analyzes contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to plan and develop logistic

    • Program activities from the conceptual stage through the lifecycle of the product.

    • Develops and implements program activities, coordinates efforts of subcontractors, suppliers, production departments, and field service personnel, and resolves problems in the area of logistics to ensure meeting of commitments.

    • Looking for an experience that emphasizes contact with suppliers and shipment coordination.

    • Daily communication with the supplier base.

    • Daily Use of MRP to analyze demand data/ JD Edwards experience is a plus.

    • Use of multiple database or other system tools to support the determination of due dates/part quantities needed at New Holland.

    • Process spot buys PO’s from the clients Purchasing System.

    • Expedite parts needed for manufacturing using supplier portal system.

    • Communicate with the Production Planning team on the status of supplier part deliveries.

    • Follow-up with Dock contacts on parts delivery confirmation.
