Pay: $80-$85 per hour
Duration: 4+months
A publicly traded Pharmaceutical company is seeking a Financial Reporting/SEC Manager for a 4+month project located in the Lake Forest area to start 1st week of July.
Responsibilities:
- The Financial Reporting/SEC Manager (Contractor) is responsible for preparation and review of Form 10-Q including research and documentation related to new accounting pronouncements, policies and review the XBRL tagging and footnotes, and assist in stock-based-compensation activity and reporting for the company.
- Oversee the preparation of and reviews the monthly reporting packages provided to senior executive management.
- XBRL and Workiva systems will be utilized.
- Opportunity for special projects after 10Q responsibilities are completed
