A large public accounting firm is seeking a Sr Auditor (SOX) Consultant for a 3+month project located near Culver City, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop audit programs and audit objectives, procedures and internal controls.
- Audit and analysis of key controls to ensure SOX 404 / internal control over financial reporting, and related documentation, remains effective.
- Assist other Managers with planning and execution of audit.
- Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service and deliverables.
