    Dealer Sales Support Rep 

    Pay rate: $19/hour 


    Hours: 8am-5pm OT as needed 

    Location: New Holland, PA 


    Must pass a typing test! Minimum typing skill of 35 WPM 


    Start: ASAP 

    End: Seasonal however possible opportunity to go longer and/or full time however nothing is guaranteed. Terms of assignment (contract only or temp-to-hire)

    Job Description 

    The Dealer Sales Support Rep position will support the NH and Case IH brand dealer networks and field-based employees as a member of the Commercial Operations team. It is a great opportunity to learn the product, dealers, and business processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring an ability to use a wide range of procedures, data sources, and computer applications to analyze situations and determine what action should be taken within limits of standard practice. 

    As the Dealer Sales Support Rep you will: 

    • Field dealer inquiries via phone or email to find timely, effective resolutions on any number of topics: 
    • Vehicle Status 
    • Order Management 
    • Information Requests 
    • Discount Authorizations 
    • Business System Assistance 
    • Company Inventory Diversions 
    • Shortages, Damages, and Returns 
    • And many more intricacies of our business! 
    • Work collaboratively with other internal business segments 

    Preferred or Required Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's Degree 
    • At least 1 year of Professional Experience 
    • Excellent Written and Oral English Language Skills 


    The preferred candidate will have

    • Customer Service Experience 
    • Demonstrates strong work ethics, and time management skills 
    • Detail Oriented with the ability to adapt to changing work priority 
    • Business to Business (Dealer) Support Experience 
    • Industrial Equipment or Agricultural Experience 
    • Microsoft Office Knowledge/experience, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
