    Contract Recruiter

    Start: 7/6/20

    Location: Remote to start but will need to sit in Racine location once the client "reopens". 

    End: 1/8/21 (Extension or Conversion to FTE likely)

    Pay: $18-$22 per hour

    Our client is a Fortune 500 Manufacturer in Racine, WI and they’re seeking a Contract Recruiter to help source hourly positions (Manufacturing, LI) for their Racine Plant, Lebanon, IN, and various other locations.

    Remote to start but this person will need to work in Racine once the client opens back up. Not expected until at least Labor Day.

     

    Job Description:

    The Contract Recruiter will help source, interview, and place hourly candidates in accordance with staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions across a variety of disciplines. This position will be responsible for the full life cycle hourly recruitment in their manufacturing and distribution locations in North America.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for the business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy
    • Perform applicant screens and present the slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers
    • Assist managers and HR with the identification of required skills, experiences and publish job postings
    • Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews and assist in the process in an efficient and equitable manner
    • Provide input into candidate selection and ensure that decisions are based on the pre-established selection criteria and recruitment policies/procedures
    • Respond to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities, the status of job postings, and ensure that all candidates are receiving timely feedback throughout the process
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
    • Manage and review the pre-employment process

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of recruitment experience OR Associates degree
    • 5+ years of recruitment experience OR HS/GED with 7+ years of recruitment experience
