    Description


    This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient Customer Billing. The candidate will have a solid understanding of our company business model in the markets assigned and internal overall invoicing process flow in order to provide the best end product to our customer. In addition, the candidate will have a solid and clear understanding of their assigned customer requirements. The candidate will handle all phases of invoice preparation, from creation to distribution.

     

    Position Responsibilities:

     

    • Review and Confirmation of all expected Customer Invoices to be billed.
    • Accurate and Efficient Billing Invoice Creation. Resolve and/or communicate all Billing Invoice exceptions with intention to resolve for assigned customers.
    • Gain and retain working knowledge of all assigned Customer Requirements as it relates to billing and ensure these requirements are met.
    • Ensure accurate Billing Invoice delivery through customers required method.
    • Printing and Posting of Invoice in JDE. Manage and reconcile Pre-Bill process for assigned customers with FP&A analyst for a given market. Effectively communicate and follow up with assigned FP&A Analyst to increase optimal solutions regarding customer billing.


    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Finance , Business or related fields required.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Billing and/or Invoicing position required.
    • Working knowledge of JDE is highly preferred. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, which may require candidates to work past normal business hours in order to accomplish.
    • Proven ability to effectively manage time in accordance with department and customer deadlines. Proven results oriented and effective time management skills. Proven ability to focus on company and department goals. High-level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Willingness to accept new challenges and responsibilities. Proven ability to work within a fast paced environment and meet required deadlines. Proven ability to learn and maintain working knowledge of customized programs.
    • Travel should be less than 10%. Other duties as assigned.



    Additional Qualifications:

     

    •  Effectively communicate verbally and written. Employ a no excuse and no surprise work product. Comfortable working with and calculating figures. Problem solver. Adapt to individual and team work environments.
    • Proficiency of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Outlook. Ability to sit for long periods of time.
    • Flexibility to work overtime (as needed). Organized work habits.
