    Our client is a next-generation, tech-focused leader who was recently awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The Chicago Tribune. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant who will source for various business units, with a focus on technology and data roles,


    • Investigates hiring managers’ needs, guides job description creation, and helps develop sourcing strategy.
    • Utilizes resources to uncover viable candidates for open and approved requisitions.
    • Adhere to established company procedure and processes regarding interviews, offers, and onboarding
    • Participates in recruiting meetings for updates and recommendations
    • Reports on recruiting activity relating to assigned requisitions, including pipelining, "time to fill" and/or ratios for the interview to hire lifespan.


    • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, with 2 of those years in talent acquisition for technical roles (ie: software engineers, infrastructure/security, tech/application support)
    • Proactive mindset (asking "the hard question, escalating up), time-management, and communication skills
    • Understanding of state and federal policy and regulation regarding selection and hiring
