    IT AUDITOR (SOX TESTING) / MULTIPLE ROLES

    • Pay: $35-40/hour (W2)

    • Start Date: June 1st, or sooner

    • Duration: 4 Months

    • Location: Denver, CO is preferred; however, this client has approved remote work for exceptional candidates

    A Top 10 Public Accounting Firm is seeking multiple IT Auditors to assist their global Telecom client in the development and execution of their annual SOX testing plan.

    As an IT Auditor, you will assist the Engagement Manager and Sr. IT SOX Auditor with the planning, performing, and managing field work to evaluate the effectiveness of key IT internal controls for financial reporting (ITGC and Application Controls).

    Other duties include:

    • Performing detailed testing to ensure risks are appropriately identified, associated audit procedures are applied and related controls are designed and operating to mitigate the identified risks.

    • Assisting the Sr. IT SOX Auditor in documenting and reporting control deficiencies.

    • Help enhance overall governance compliance program development and continuous process improvements.

    • Assist in reviewing and updating testing procedures and templates to ensure any changes in regulations, governance, or best practices are implemented.

    Experience/Qualification:

    • Bachelors Degree

    • Public Accounting Experience, 1-2 years IT Audit is preferred

    • SOX Testing Experience

    • CPA or CISA is preferred
