    Pay: $60 per hour (1099/C2C)

    Duration: 2-3 Months (may extend in 3-month increments)

    A large public accounting firm is seeking a team of Mortgage Services Contractors for a *REMOTE* project at one of their clients to start in mid-May.  This team will be performing a variety of duties related to the mortgage process below:

    Qual Team:

    • Responsible for ensuring that all required documents are present and accurate

    • Provide a quality review to ensure accuracy of application

    • Assist in data verification of calculating and reviewing results from appropriate services

    • Review income and asset documents and input information in system of record

    • Develop final payoff and assist payoff document is uploaded

    • Assist in obtaining verification of employment and verification of mortgage

    • Assist in document development regarding any missing information required for loan to proceed

    • Recommend process improvements for compliance with federal, state, and/or investor requirements

    Clear to Close Team:

    • Reviewing documents to identify and prepare for closing

    • Support in the collection of documents and update on status of loan on a set cadence

    • Assist by providing client outreach to track and schedule loan cycle actions

    Vendor Outreach Team:

    • Support by contacting third parties to acquire required documents for loan to proceed

    • Contact Homeowner’s Insurance Agent for required homeowner’s insurance documentation

    • Support in the ordering and receiving the title and continued outreach for the status of title order

    • Assist in obtaining the appraisal

    • Contribute by ordering and obtaining flood certification, send notice, and obtain proof of flood insurance

    • Assist in obtaining homeowners association documentation


    Underwriting Support Team:

    • Support with the work actions to assist advancing a decision

    • Contribute by providing reviews of the loan applications and chasing omitted information
