    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a team of talented Tax Analysts/Tax preparers to support their growing offices in Orlando, FL.  These resources will prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex US sales & use tax returns and supporting work papers. These 6+ month renewable contract roles will require on-site work in Orlando with COVID protocols in place.

    Job Description:

    • Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex US sales & use tax returns

    • Provide assistance in resolving tax-related queries and notices.

    • Monitor, document and apply any changes in tax rates, tax laws for sales and use tax return preparation.

    • Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide industry knowledge and experience.

    • Establish and maintain relationships with engagement team members at various levels.


    Requirements:

    • Critical thinking and analytical skills.

    • Aptitude for learning tax technical matters, workflow processes, and technology (proprietary tools).

    • Aptitude to follow firm standards and apply them accordingly.

    • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.

    • A process improvement and knowledge-sharing mindset.

    • Execute effectively in cross-cultural business settings.

    Professional Experience/Qualifications

    • 1 to 2 years of customer service related experience preferred or an Associate’s degree in business-related major preferred
