  • Job Description:

    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a contract resource to assist them with their return-to-office contact tracing efforts.  This position is REMOTE and may extend beyond the initial 6-months. 

    Overall Scope:  

    • Perform contact tracing efforts based on high volume reported COVID-19 positive cases/exposure in the office/client site and other work-related activities.
    • Follow P&C protocols for contact tracing, including collecting relevant information about office/client exposure from employees/partners, placing phone calls to exposed individuals, providing basic guidance to employees/partners based on PMO/P&C standard operating procedures for COVID-19 exposures, documenting information/data points in P&C tracking tool/system, providing specific details of exposure to P&C/CR&C leaders to recommend appropriate next steps and other related duties.
    • Report details of COVID positive cases/exposures to federal/state regulatory agencies as appropriate.
    • Track COVID-19 case information, analyze data and provide regular reporting to leadership.
    • Perform administrative support, including management of two centralized inbox’s, including COVID Support/vaccine inbox
    • Routing of requests for accommodation/exception to the appropriate contact

    Report Management

    • Follow up & compliance procedures related to vaccine mandate
    • Perform other related duties as directed by the Colleague Relations & Compliance team.

    Requirements: 

    • Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and other related platforms
    • Familiarity with HRIS programs
    • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work with the highly sensitive, confidential, and private information of personnel
    • High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and excellent judgment
    • Keen listening and communication skills
    • Intense focus on quality and details and strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
    • Prior work experience in HR and/or working with people/sensitive matters; personable and cordial demeanor
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
