    TAX CONSULTANT | 1040, 1065, 1120S | Remote

    • Duration: 3+ months. Full-time Jan-Apr (40+ hours/week)

    • Pay: Up to $60- $70/hour (W2) / $85 (1099/C2C)

    • Location:  Remote (Memphis, TN)

    A Top Ten Public Accounting Firm is seeking a hands-on Tax Consultant to support a variety of projects for the upcoming busy season.

    Contract term is January/February 2022 - April 2022 - subject to change based on Clients' needs.

    The ideal Tax Consultant will have experience with both the prep and review of 1040, 1065, and 1120S tax forms, and be able to manage multiple projects at once.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, or a related field

    • 3-5+ years of experience in public accounting, CPA license preferred

    • Experience in prep/review of 1040, 1065, and 1120S forms.

    • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and deliverables

    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate tax concepts to both staff and clients
