    Human Resources Business Partner | 6 Month Contract

    A large Aerospace Manufacturing firm is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join their organization in a contract capacity for 6 months. In this role, you will act as a key company resource by assessing business and client needs, and by adapting HR practices, processes, procedures, and services in response to those needs.

    • Pay: $50-$65, depending on experience

    • Location: Santa Clarita, CA (On-Site)

    • Duration: 6 Months

    • Start Date: ASAP

    Human Resources Business Partner Must Haves:

    • Union / Labor Relations HR Experience

      • Collective Bargaining and organizing

      • Facilitating compliant termination policies

      • Addressing grievances

    • 3-5 years HR Experience - Competencies including: Staffing and Recruiting; Compensation; Performance Management; Member Relations; Labor Relations, Organization Development.

    • Experience in a Manufacturing and/or Engineering Environment.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required.

    • Ability to be effective within a matrixed environment.
