    Sr Financial Analyst | Immediate Need | Remote

    • Pay: $50-60/hour

    • Location: Fort Collins, CO

    • Start Date: As soon as available

    • Duration: 9 - 12 Months

    A Fortune 500 Aerospace Manufacturing Organization is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to act as a Sr Financial Analyst-Govt Accounting professional, to fully support Cost Accounting Standards, to perform financial analysis, and provide business support in accordance with applicable policies and procedures for Govt regulatory processes.

    Sr Financial Analyst – Govt Accounting:

    • Capturing, recording, and summarizing financial/cost transactions

    • Support preparation and submission of Forward Pricing Rate Proposals

    • Utilize Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) to Proposals

    • Knowledge supporting audits by Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)

    • Prepare formal financial presentation material

    • Support Business Process Owners

    Required Skills:

    • 5+ yrs Financial or Accounting Experience

    • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

    • Familiar with Six Sigma and Lean process improvement tools

    • Experience working with FAR/DFARS

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

    • SAP
