    Senior Associate (Compliance) | Tustin, CA | Immediate Need | $60-$75/hour

    • Pay: $60-$75/hour (W2) | Up to $90 (1099/C2C)

    • Start date: ASAP

    • Location: Tustin, CA (100% on site)

    • Duration: 5+ Months (Contract to hire is available)

    A large auto loan network located in Tustin, CA is seeking an Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a JD and 2+ years experience. Experience in legal compliance and auto finance is a plus.

    Senior Associate (Compliance) Responsibilities:

    • Monitor all operational processes and procedures to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.

    • Manage information flow by researching, recording and analysing data and information.

    • Acts as contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management.

    • Conduct regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.

    Senior Associate (Compliance) Qualifications:

    • JD degree, 2-3 years law experience

    • Business law, contracts, review loan docs, regulatory compliance with federal and state lending laws

    • FCRA, ECOA, TILA experience

    • Experience with Counselor Library tool a plus
