    Tax Aministrative Support

    Pay: $20-$25/hour

    Start Date: ASAP

    Contract Length: 6 months

    Location:  Downers Grove, IL

    Our large Public Accounting Client is seeking a tax administrative support professional to assist with property tax compliance and bill payment services. The Tax Administrative Support professional will need to work onsite in Downers Grove, IL.

    Responsibilities of the Tax Administrative Support: 

    • Obtain, analyze, and prepare property tax bills

    • Forward the bills and AP request forms to third-party payment provider so clients can authorize and fund payments

    • Prepare personal property tax returns for filing with the state and local jurisdictions

    • Manage and process data through property tax administration software - ptvault.x or PTMS

    Requirements for the Tax Administrative Support:

    • General office experience

    • Previous office administration experience

    • Ability to multi-task

    • Previous property tax and/or accounting experience is preferred but not required

    • Previous experience using Microsoft Excel

    • Familiar with mail processing
