TAX CONSULTANT| 3 MONTH CONTRACT | REMOTE
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 4+ months. Parttime 15-20 hours/week)
- Pay: Up to $55/hour (W2)
- Location: Remote
A large Public Accounting Firm is seeking a hands-on Tax Consultant to be first reviewer on a variety of tax returns for firm clients.
Contract term is July 2022 - October 2022 - High probability of extension for the right candidate.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in tax return preparation and review
- Knowledge of accrual to cash conversion important
- Experience applying tax knowledge (taxability/deductibility) to tax returns
- Experience ensuring proper tax elections are made and applied
- Experience with agriculture clients a plus
- Experience with FX Engagement a plus
