    Industry Marketing Program Execution Contractors

    Position Summary

    Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a team of Marketing Consultants to assist their growing Industry Marketing team.  These 100% REMOTE positions may either extend or convert to full-time employment.

    The ideal individuals are agile, motivated, detail-oriented contractors, withsolidg knowledge of marketing program management and execution. The contractors will report to the interim Industry Marketing Leader and work cross-functionally within the Industry Managing Partners (IMP), their stakeholders, and Industry Marketing Team members (within the U.S. and India) to manage and execute planned industry programs. This position also involves coordinating sponsorships with external partners and vendors.


    Content management

    • Review interview questions drafted by the content team
    • Participate in SME interviews
    • Review draft content prepared by the content team
    • Review social copy drafted by the content team
    • Identify email target list criteria with guidance from the industry marketer


    In-person events

    • The select venue, process contracts, and payments
    • Create invite list
    • Make menu and drink selections
    • Purchase giftsandr supplies
    • Track and monitor RSVPs
    • Coordinate on-site support/internal communication/run of show
    • Pre and post-event social promotion
    • Schedule debriefing and coordinate follow-up activities


    Virtual events

    • Select topic, speakers, and date with guidance from the industry marketer
    • Schedule prep call(s)
    • Draft, review, and finalize ppt template/presentation materials
    • Promote internally
    • Track and monitor RSVPs
    • Attend virtual event
    • Pre and post-event social promotion
    • Schedule debriefing and coordinate follow-up activities


    • Identify topic, speakers, and date with guidance from the industry marketer and IMP
    • Submit intake form
    • Schedule prep call(s)
    • Draft ppt template and polling questions
    • Review ppt draft
    • Finalize ppt
    • Coordinate Technical Reviewer and Lead Developer affirmations
    • Purchase external speaker gifts
    • Promote internally
    • Monitor registration status
    • Attend live webcast & monitor Q&A
    • Schedule debriefing and coordinate follow-up activities


    Project management

    • Enter programs into our Project Management Software Wrike
    • Add blueprints and assign tasks to support teams
    • Monitor and track efforts so that all deadlines are met


    Skills and qualifications

    • Marketing background with a minimum of 5 years of experience
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to work with others in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, juggle competing priorities, and work through issues independently or with little supervision
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
    • Ability to work seamlessly with senior stakeholders within marketing and firm
    • Ability to independently manage conflict resolution when challenges arise. Proactively make suggestions for resolution to issues
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Understanding of digital, design, email, and social best practices
    • Highly proficient computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
    • A strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
