    Marketing Automation Specialist

    Responsibilities:

    • Works with internal teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical execution for marketing campaigns: including targeted, nurture and trigger programs.

    • Advises marketing campaign requestors of best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing and projected results.

    • Builds and executes marketing campaigns - activities include but not limited to, campaign flow builds, email creation, outbound landing page creation, form creation, media placement tracking, etc.

    • Ensures brand compliance.

    • Builds and maintains HTML templates, landing pages and forms.

    • Understands how design impacts engagement.

    • Manages and reports analytical tracking and performance.

    • Tracks/reports lead metrics from campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years marketing experience with a minimum of 2-years experience managing a marketing automation platform such as Watson/Silverpop, Marketo or Pardot

    • Previous familiarity/direct experience managing a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce)

    • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education

    • Must be able to demonstrate a high level of marketing automation and CRM experience

    • Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with B2B lead generation (inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, etc.)

    • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation
