    Accounting Manager (4-6 month contract role) $1 billion+ company with double-digit growth, located in downtown Chicago, is seeking a Consultant with prior experience as an Accounting Manager or Director of Accounts Payable (AP) and a strong understanding of the AP cycle and all of its related applications/systems (i.e. ERP, time management, expense reporting systems, etc.) The company is in the process of implementing a new AP automation system to take them from primarily a manual process to just short of fully automated. The Accounting Manager (consultant) will work closely with the CFO, Controller, and Accounts Payable Manager in evaluating the current AP process, mapping current and new processes, documenting new policies and procedures - as well as take a lead role in the implementation of the new tool. Project is expected to be roughly 4-6 months in duration.
