Job Description:
National law firm located downtown is seeking a Contracts Attorney for a 3+month project:
Job Functions
- Independently draft and negotiate standard contracts for Real Estate Private Equity and REIT clients
- Draft and negotiate legal contracts and other documents related to a variety of commercial and operational matters
- Communicate with opposing legal counsel and in-house clients
- Analyze and interpret case law, proposed/existing laws, and regulations to provide advice to the clients
