    Pay: $35 per hour (W2) + Bonus $500 per start (paid after 30 days on project)

    Duration: 2+months (Possible Extension) 

    Location: Remote

    PeopleCaddie is in immediate need of a Tax Talent Acquisition/Recruiter to support 4-5 Large/Mid Tier public accounting firms for Tax Busy Season for their Contingent Labor needs. 

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and proactively reach out to a diverse talent pool of qualified candidates via various external sourcing channels Utilize Boolean search methods for finding relevant candidates within resume database Strategically post career ads to various online resources (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter) Create and organize projects within LinkedIn Recruiter Conduct phone screens with candidates to vet for recruitment team Maintain accurate data within an Excel tracking sheet Comply with all state and federal regulations 

    Requirements:

    • 5+years exp

    • Individual must have recruiting experience with recruiting TAX/Accounting professionals.

    • Ideally from public accounting industries, but flexible on industry they recruited in or to.
