    Pay: $65-$75(W2)/$80-$100(1099/C2C)

    Duration: 4+months (may extend)

    Location: Remote

    Position: Senior Internal Audit

    A Large Public Accounting firm is seeking two consultants to join their Internal Audit engagement for a 4+month project with likely extension to work remotely. Engagement is to start as soon as possible.

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

    Required Qualifications:

    • 8-10+ years of experience in large financial services internal audit department or consulting experience to include top tier firm 

    • Extensive knowledge of Internal Audit Lifecycle risk assessment, audit planning, audit testing, reporting, workpaper documentation

    • Experience working at a large financial institution either directly or as a consultant

    • Experience auditing Investment Banking Capital Markets (excluding Sales & Trading)

    • Experience in one or more of the following:

      • M&A, Equity & Debt Underwriting, loan syndications

    • Critical Thinking and Analytical skills 

    • Ability to work independently

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Big 4/6 Audit experience

    • Strong project management leadership experience in risk or audit functions
