    Opportunity Overview

     

    Healthcare system is currently seeking a Digital Producer for a 3 month contract opportunity in the San Diego area. The ideal candidate will possess [timeframe] of [skill, software, etc.] experience.

     

    Requirements for the Digital Producer

     

    • 3 to 5+ years’ experience working with content management systems, managing content workflow and digital content production

    • 2+ years in UI/UX, search engine marketing, social media, email marketing, digital analytics, and user experience

    • 3+ years’ experience working on large-scale web projects and Strong knowledge UI/UX of website design.

    • Experience with HTML coding and HTML editors.

    • Ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, and marketing. Must be able to work effectively as an individual contributor and team members with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring minimal supervision.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills; listening, verbal, written, and presentation.

    • Formal digital marketing education, training or certification

    • MS Office suite, Google Analytics, Adobe Professional, email software (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and design/wireframing software such as Invision, UXPin or Axure

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

    • Salesforce experience

    • Experience in health care or medical field

     

    Responsibilities of the Digital Producer

    The Digital Producer develops, coordinates and produces compelling and engaging content and experiences for websites and customer portals (member, broker, provider, employer, shopper, and payment). Supports ongoing maintenance and feature/functionality enhancements for digital properties and applications. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work closely with web technology and development vendors, and communicate effectively with stakeholders from all levels of the business. Relevant experience managing content workflows and content management systems. Ability to lead and conduct ongoing web optimization and web governance activities. Adept at visual design, UI/UX, digital analytics, and customer feedback tools. Provides website and portal support in collaboration with Applications Management department to other stakeholders throughout the organization. Ensures content and web functionality complies with branding guidelines, contractual/regulatory requirements, industry standards and best practices.
