Talent Acquisition Research Associate
Pay: $20 - $25 (W2)
Contract Length: 3 months contract (potential extension)
Location: remote
Job Description:
In this role, you will be providing support to consultants and managers across multiple recruiting teams. Ideal candidates will have the ability to research, analyze, and draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources pertaining to talent acquisition teams and environments and structure presentations with clear insights using PowerPoint or Word.
Research Associate Skills/Experience:
- Experience conducting phone and internet-based research, and the ability to interact successfully with a wide range of people.
- Ability to collect and synthesize market data from a variety of technology sources.
- Ability to think and react quickly to changing project demands.
- Prior experience in market research, sales, consulting, or business development
