    Payroll Analyst

    Pay: $30(W2)

    Contract Length:  4 - 6 months

    Location: California- 100% Remote

    Job Description:

    PeopleCaddie has partnered with one of the largest companies in the building services industry to help them with their payroll operations in Las Angeles.

    This position will be intigral in ensuring that payroll is accurate and matches the billing to clients.

    • Very good Excel skills - Pivot Tables and exprience with using Slicer

    • There will be overall responsibility for ensuring payroll is accurate and there are no missed time punches

    • Contact employees to capture missing time punches

    • Enter missing time punches in the ADP system

    • Ensure all changes made in the ADP timekeeping system are captured by billing to ensure that the bill sent to the client is accurate

    • Prior experience with CA payroll more on the clerical side and not the accounting side and time and attendance systems

    • A little accounting would be helpful but not necessary

    • Good data entry skills
