    HR Business Partner | 3 Months Contract to Hire | Immediate Start

    A large Aerospace Manufacturing firm is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join their organization in a contract capacity for 3 months - contract to hire, immediately. In this role, you will act as a key company resource by assessing business and client needs, and by adapting HR practices, processes, procedures, and services in response to those needs.

    • Pay: $48-$57, depending on experience

    • Location: Santa Clarita, CA (On-Site)

    • Duration: 3 Months Temp To Hire 

    • Start Date: ASAP

    HR Business Partner Must Haves:

    • Union / Labor Relations HR Experience

      • Collective Bargaining and organizing

      • Conducting investigations 

      • Facilitating compliant termination policies

      • Addressing grievances

    • 5 years HR Experience - Competencies including: Staffing and Recruiting; Compensation; Performance Management; Member Relations; Labor Relations, Organization Development.

    • Experience in a Manufacturing and/or Engineering Environment.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline required.

    • Ability to be effective within a matrixed environment.
