    Pay: $22-$25 per hour

    A Fortune 200 company is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 4+month project in Lebanon, Indiana.

    Summary 

    The recruiter will help to source, interview, and place candidates in accordance with staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions for general warehouse positions. This position will be responsible for hourly recruiting across all shifts at our Lebanon, IN campus, which includes recruiting for 3 buildings as needed. 


    Responsibilities 


    • Partner with depot leadership and HR Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for the business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy. 

    • In partnership with the corporate recruiting team, manages and publishes job postings. Perform applicant screens and interview qualified candidates, including interviews for walk-in candidates. 

    • Provide input into candidate selection and ensure that decisions are based on the pre-established selection criteria and recruitment policies/procedures. 

    • Manage candidates along with corporate recruiting through the entire hiring process. 

    • Respond to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities, the status of job postings, and ensure that all candidates are receiving timely feedback throughout the process. 

    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the Applicant Tracking System 

    • Schedule new hires for orientation and other follow-up, as needed. 

    • Provide status of candidates to campus leadership team on a regular basis. 

    • Other administrative tasks, as needed. 



    Requirements 


    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Sociology, Psychology or related. 

    • 2+ years of recruitment experience 

    • Demonstrated experience in behavioural based interviewing techniques. 

    • Ability to Prioritize and Plan 

    • Demonstrated customer service and relationship building skills 

    • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
