    Two new openings for two Client Billing Associates needed for our client located in Long Beach, NY.

    Description:

    Our client headquartered in Long Beach, NY has expertise in serving many industries and provide prescription and non-prescription drugs, intravenous medications, durable medical equipment items and surgical supplies for approximately 55,000 residents. Our client believes in an individualized client-focused approach that is designed for each client’s specific needs. We have the capability to customize our services to meet the requirements of our customers’ facility or agency and to best meet the needs of their residents. We will tailor the packaging of drugs, delivery schedules, reporting, formulary and information technology needs to best suit each facility.

    Functions:

    • Electronic and Manual rebilling of all outstanding claims, underpaid, never paid
    • Reconciling payments & reporting ( Learning Provider Pay)
    • Third Party Billing experience Be able to use HBS, Docutrack, Pharmacy +, Chem Link and other prescription tracking software and programs
    • Scanning remittance statements (Provider Pay)
    • Filing all documentation and billing back up paperwork
    • Knowledge of Hospice rebilling
    • Calling Insurance or Home to verify information
    • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare part D and understanding Low Income Subsidy for dual eligible (Medicaid and Medicare).
    • Performs other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of High School Diploma
    • Experience in all aspects of pharmacy billing operations
    • 2+ years insurance billing (Medicare Part D/Medicaid
    • Excel, Word

    Days/Hours:  4 week days  12p - 7pm OR 11am - 7pm AND 1 weekend day 9am – 6:30pm.
