    Pay: $35-$45 per hour

    Duration: 6+months

    The Marketing Analyst position requires a unique skill match of high-level strategic thinking, excellent analytical abilities and hands-on data management capabilities. This role will be responsible for driving the development and management of information related to core service capabilities (i.e. outsourcing drivers, industry trends and competitive intelligence), analysis of the company’s current customer base, and market conditions in local, regional, and national areas to determine growth potential.



    • Conducts research and analysis involving competitors, industry trends, sales, methods of marketing, customer preferences, economic conditions, advertising, local markets and other factors which may influence customer retention and future sales.
    • Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of all marketing analytics insights and data intelligence stored in the company’s marketing databases.
    • Provide detailed marketing analysis in support of growth strategy planning, local market planning and specific sales initiatives related to service line expansion and/or complex multi-location portfolios
    • Collect and synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, key customers and industry trends from multiple sources to support analysis for existing and new market developments
    • Participate in brainstorming new processes, products or experiences in concert with owners across various teams
    • Leverage a data-driven approach to turn insights from the team into strategic recommendations for the business; contribute to business cases for new service offerings and marketing strategies · Analyze market share by industry segments, in key MSAs and measure market penetration rate by service and parlay into lead generation strategies working closely with service product marketing and demand generation team
    • Maintain competitive intelligence database
    • Responsible for gathering, analyzing and reporting on sales data in to align sales productivity to strategic growth opportunities.



    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience managing and manipulating large amounts of data including formal data rationalization, normalization and geocoding/mapping process and techniques.
    • Must have a solid background in project management.
    • Proficiency working with Microsoft Office programs; Highly proficient working with Excel
    • Familiarity with relational databases and querying
    • Client Relationship Management experience is highly preferable (i.e.
    • Prior experience with JD Edwards/BI, Insight, D&B/Hoovers and First Research highly desired
    • Reasoning Ability
