Pay: $45-$60 per hour
Duration: 4+months
A Large Public Accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager (Federal) for a 4+month project located in Chicago.
The Tax Manager will be responsible for the following for its assigned portfolio of clients:
- Reviews large company tax returns (federal) for both C Corporations and S Corp (Flow throughs); on occasion tax research and tax planning.
- Assists partners on client management, delivery, and support of business development
- Interacts closely with clients to provide tax planning, consulting, and compliance services
- Reviews, advises, and resolves complicated tax issues as needed to prepare tax returns. Assist in client interpretation and implementation of new tax regulations.
Requirements
- 6+years Total Tax Experience
- 3+years (Large or Mid-Tier Public Accounting Exp)
- CPA/MST
- Federal Tax background
