Pay: $90-100/hr (W2) / up to $110/hr (1099)
Duration: 6+months (Extension likely)
A large public accounting firm is seeking a Senior / Manager IT Auditor for a 6+month project located at a client in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of clients’ information-processing controls across industries and business process cycles
- Plan and execute IT-related audit engagements and risk assessments with a focus on strategic, operational and regulatory risks within a Financial Services client
- Report key findings and outcomes of the assessment of the business and IT risk environment and its related controls
- SOX
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+years IT auditing experience with strong knowledge of general technology, automated, and security controls; previous experience in risk management, data analysis, etc...
- Financial Services Clients
- Experience auditing enterprise and web applications, and various infrastructure platforms such as UNIX, Windows, SQL Server
- CISA or CPA
- Public Accounting exp
