    Customer Support Rep

    Must have a sales background and computer background. 

    We are truly looking for someone that has a sense of urgency, someone that thrives is reaching quick deadlines. We value all computer experience, the position does not have one specific repetitive process, each call/email we receive is different. 

    Must pass a typing test! Minimum typing skill of 35 WPM

    Job Description

    The Dealer Sales Support Rep position will support  brand dealer networks and field-based employees as a member of the Commercial Operations team. It is a great opportunity to learn the product, dealers, and business processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring an ability to use a wide range of procedures, data sources, and computer applications to analyze situations and determine what action should be taken within limits of standard practice.

    As the Dealer Sales Support Rep you will:

    • Field dealer inquiries via phone or email to find timely, effective resolutions on any number of topics:


    o Vehicle Status

    o Order Management

    o Information Requests

    o Discount Authorizations

    o Business System Assistance

    o Company Inventory Diversions

    o Shortages, Damages, and Returns

    o And many more intricacies of our business!

    • Work collaboratively with other internal business segments


    Preferred or Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree

    At least 1 year of Professional Experience

    Excellent Written and Oral English Language Skills

    The preferred candidate will have:

    Customer Service Experience

    Demonstrates strong work ethics, and time management skills

    Detail Oriented with the ability to adapt to changing work priority

    Business to Business (Dealer) Support Experience

    Industrial Equipment or Agricultural Experience

    Microsoft Office Knowledge/experience, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
