    Our client is a Fortune 500 leader and top place to work for in Downtown Chicago. They are currently in need of an Innovation Program Coordinator  

    PURPOSE:

    • The Innovation Program Coordinator will support a global internal innovation program to ensure the day-to-day success of the program’s goals.
    • The Coordinator will be responsible for program campaign project management, digital content creation (web, email), CMS-style site management, and internal client services for this high-visibility internal program.
    • The Coordinator will be responsible for both active project management / status reporting and executing on key project deliverables throughout each program campaign.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the proven ability to manage multiple projects and provide excellent internal client service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Participate in program campaign initiation meetings with internal client stakeholders – document client stakeholder needs and considerations and work with Program Lead to turn them into campaign recommendations
    • Create and manage campaign project plans and communication plans tailored to internal client stakeholder needs; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and analyze progress
    • Create engaging campaign content and materials (examples include campaign landing page, submission form, email invites, internal communication channel content)
    • Configure campaign structure in program’s digital platform, timing, and communications plans based on internal client stakeholder needs and program owner guidance
    • Develop post-campaign materials; synthesize feedback, submissions, and ideas into themes and insights for initiative stakeholders
    • Gather and analyze program feedback; actively identify and suggest opportunities for improvement
    • Create campaign and program reports and presentations as needed

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience, including:
    • Project management
    • Marketing, advertising, or internal communications
    • Client services (internal or external)

    PREFERRED SKILLS:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
    • Excellent project management skills; ability to achieve deadlines and manage multiple priorities and communicate status to stakeholders
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to adapt well to cultures
    • High attention to detail
    • Basic web or content management system familiarity
    • Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities; open to new learning opportunities

    EDUCATION:

    • Undergraduate degree preferred (or ability to show equivalent relevant work experience)
