    Pay: $25-$28 per hour (1.5x Overtime)

    Duration: 6+months

    Location: Remote 

    A Pharmaceutical company is seeking an Accounts Receivables Analyst with Deductions exp (Large Wholesale or Big Box Retail) for a 6+month project to work remotely.  

    The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for all cash applications/AR, chargebacks, deductions, invoicing and collections around the order to cash cycle.

    • Reconcile weekly bank activities including all cash, check, credit card and ACH deposits, and post journal entries to record miscellaneous deposits or correct posting errors.

    • Analyze data and claims to ensure resulting payments are accurate and in compliance with policies and procedures.

    • Manage credits and deductions for returns to vendor. Review all credit memos for accuracy and posting. Ensures the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales.

    • Process customers sales return coming to 3PL by validating the price and quantity received.

    • Process expired product returns as per company return goods policy and contractual terms with customers. Maintain track of open customer deductions by assigning proper reason code. Regularly follow up with customers seeking payback or appropriate documentation for deduction

    Requirements:

    • 5+years in Accounts Receivable 

    • Deductions exp with Large Wholesale or Big Box Retail Clients

    • Advanced Excel
