Pay: Mgr $75-$85 (W2) / $90-$110 (1099/C2C)
Senior $65-$70 (W2)
Duration: 6+months
Location: *REMOTE*
A Large Public Accounting firm is seeking an Accounting Consultant/Project Manager with SEC exp for a client to get ready for an IPO (Public Company Readiness)...work to be done *REMOTELY*
- Project Management – need to have strong PM/PMO skills (project planning/timeline/milestones/weekly cadence calls with client/etc.)
- Accounting skills need to be strong – preferably working with Public Companies (SEC experience - S1, 10K/10Q)
- Can sit anywhere in US
Qualifications:
- 8+years exp in Large/Mid Tier Public Accounting
- SEC (S-1, 10K/Q, etc...)
- Project Mgmt experience (3+years)
- IPO Experience
- CPA
- SPAC Experience +
