    Pay: $45-$55 per hour + 1.5x (Overtime)

    Duration: 4+months

    Mid-market Pharmaceutical company is seeking a Accounts Receivable Analyst (Contractor) for a 4+month engagement with the ability to work remotely. Responsibilities include:

    • Financial analysis, resolution, and posting/reporting of wholesaler chargeback requests and other deductions resulting reconciliation documentation.

    • Work with wholesalers, internal finance and 3PL to resolve any issues for questionable chargebacks/deductions including errors associated with pricing and returns. Work with wholesalers to process, validate and reconcile variances

    • Administer tracking, calculate and process chargeback credits to key partners. Reviews credits for completeness and accuracy.

    • Assists in gathering data, monitoring performance and preparing financial analysis in support of assigned customer segments and accounts.

    • Daily reconciliation of chargeback, deductions received, and credits issued to ensure accuracy of claim data for end customer sales transaction and payment to wholesaler.

    • Monitor customer payment activity and work with 3PL to ensure that payments are made in accordance with customer terms.

     

    Experience:

    • 4+years experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst or Charge Back/AR Specialist

    • Pharmaceutical or Wholesale experience

    • Experience collaborating directly with large and complex wholesaler / distributor accounts is desired.

    • Advanced Excel and experience with large data sets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

    • Ability to summarize large data sets into and easily understandable format
