    Pay: $60-$70 (W2) + 1.5X Overtime

    Start Date: 2/8/2021

    Duration: 4+ Month. High possibility of contract extension.

    Our Private Equity client is seeking an Interim Controller with Healthcare / Physician Practice Network experience for a 4+ month contract. This role can be done remotely; however, special consideration will be given to those candidates in the Orlando, FL metro area.

    Company Location: Orlando, FL (metro area).

    Company Size: $4-5MM (ebitda)

    This portfolio company currently oursources their accounting function and is in the process of bringing these responsibilities in-house. The ideal candidate will be asked to lead the transition from outsourced to insourced accounting, assess and clean up the numbers from previous months and create a formal close process. There is heavy emphasis on process improvement and documentation. Ideal candidates should have strong, documented process improvement experience.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Previous Controllership experience in a small-mid sized company (preferably founder-owned)

    • Documented process improvement experience

    • Experience working with Private Equity groups and/or portfolio companies.

    • Financial Reporting experience

    • Healthcare/Physician Network Industry Experience.

    • Experience with Quickbooks is preferred.

    • The ability and experience to consult with both the portfolio company and private equity group on any other process improvements necessary.
