    Job Description: 

    This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient Customer Billing. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required of a Shared Service Billing Specialist who supports the clients Western Region.


    Position Responsibilities:

    • Review and Confirmation of all expected Customer Invoices to be billed. 

    • Accurate and Efficient Billing Invoice Creation. 

    • Resolve and/or communicate all Billing Invoice exceptions with intention to resolve for assigned customers. 

    • Gain and retain working knowledge of all assigned Customer Requirements as it relates to billing and ensure these requirements are met. 

    • Ensure accurate Billing Invoice delivery through customers required method. Printing and Posting of Invoice in JDE. 

    • Manage and reconcile Pre-Bill process for assigned customers with FP&A analyst for a given market. 

    • Effectively communicate and follow up with assigned FP&A Analyst to increase optimal solutions regarding customer billing.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields required.

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Billing and/or Invoicing position required.

    • Working knowledge of JDE is highly preferred.

    • Advanced Excel skills.

    • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet required deadlines.
